sophia thinks of herself as a perpetual learner who took the long,
winding unexpected route to get to where she is today.
outside of
work, she spends her days writing and creating projects that bring her
joy. ♡
she first started working at the age of fourteen, and would later find
herself soaring in the skies as a cabin crew. in her thirties, she
unknowingly found her footing in the fast-paced world of sports media
and events, and somewhere along the way fell in love with building
things with technology. she now runs Warrior Workflows, an independent
management consultancy helping teams in events, sports and tech work
smarter with AI.
